Hiya all , I was at st. Marys between 1997 - 2004 I think , I have st marys school to thank for a happy childhood and early education i've since moved to spain where i'm doing my last year in highschool. St. marys is honestly a great school with lots of hard working teachers who are there to help children in all aspects of growing up and preparing for further education I hope it stays that way xxx

Hi children, I like to read your comments; thank you for taking the time to visit the site and contribute. I just thought I would let you know why the climbing frame is 'out of action.' This is due to the closeness of the climbing frame to the builders' compound, and for your safety there needs to be space between you and the building work.
I have told all the children and staff about this in assembly just before the building works started. Sadly the climbing frame will also be removed early in January, as it is just where our new library will be built!
When we have finished our building works we will try to raise enough money for a new and even better climbing frame, but this will need to be erected elewhere on our playground. When we do replace the climbing frame we will ask you all where in the playground you think it should go.
I hope this answers all your questions. Best wishes to you all for Christmas.

from Mrs Neil, Head Teacher.

I have enjoyed the Bradwell diary. It is quite scary as it is yet another step towards the children becoming more independent. Here I am looking at the pictures, seeing my big girl obviously enjoying herself, and the only words that keep going through my mind are "My baby!"

We are really enjoying keeping up to date with what the children in bradwell are doing.
It's a great way to feel in touch without ruining the childrens independence.
Fantastic Idea, well done St Marys

Its great to see a website for this school.I live in the USA now,but i went to St.Mary's Primary school back in 1977 when it was in Prittlewell.I was just browsing the web and thought I would look up my old schools.I loved going to St.Mary's and it tought me many wonderful things in life, that I now will pass onto my own doughters.Thankyou St.Marys for those wonderful years.I will never forget them.
